Our Staff
Rachel Blount, Certified Veterinary Assistant

Rachel Blount has been a part of the staff at Talley Veterinary Services Group since we opened our doors in 2007. She has worked in the field of veterinary medicine for many years. A native to this area, she is a graduate of Wisner High School, class of 1998. Rachel has achieved two certifications in Veterinary Assistant training-Level 1; she also has completed continuing education at the Western Veterinary Conference in Las Vegas for Surgery, Pain Management, and Rehabilitation. Additionally, Rachel has studied Trade in Business Management. Rachel has a daughter, Cheyenne, and her pet family includes a rottweiler, Gris Gris, a lab, Velma, and a munchkin cat named Terry.
Taylor Fuller, Veterinary Assistant

Taylor Fuller has been part of the family here at Talley Veterinary Services Group since 2012. She is a graduate of Franklin Parish High School, Class of 2011. She has completed continuing education courses at the Western Veterinary Conference in Las Vegas including Fear Free, Radiology/Ultrasonography, and Anesthesia. Taylor shares her household with her husband, Brandon, and mal-shi, Obi. Her immediate family includes one human brother and one sister, as well as one dog brother and sister.
Suzanne Laird-Dartez, Veterinary Assistant

Suzanne has been working part time at Talley Veterinary Services Group since 2009. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal and Dairy Science from Mississippi State University and a Master of Science in Agronomy from Louisiana State University.
Suzanne and her husband, Kalem, have an animal family that includes five dogs, two cats, a bird, a horse, a donkey, and chickens. In her free time, she enjoys competing with her pups in canine sporting events. Suzanne also loves being outdoors hiking, camping, and birdwatching.
Sage Ames, Veterinary Assistant

Sage Ames is a wonderful part of our family here at Talley Veterinary Services Group. She was in the graduating class of 2015 at Rayville High School, and currently resides in Dunn, Louisiana. Sage is looking forward to learning all she can about animal care and meeting all our clients. Sage lives with her two children Audrey, and Brycen, as well their dog, Bruno.
Ainsley Easterling

Ainsley Easterling has been a part of our team since June 2020. She lives in Winnsboro with her boyfriend, Dylan and a menagerie of dogs, cats, and farm animals. Among her crew are goats, chickens, ducks, and cows. She adores animals and working with them has always been her dream job. She looks forward to furthering her knowledge and being a part of our amazing family!
Trish Madden

Trish Madden has been a part of our team for almost 7 years now. She took a break from vet medicine for a couple of years, but we are proud to have her back full time as of this year. She lives on Turkey Creek where she has a beautiful house and is joined by her many cats and dogs. She has a son, Kyler who is married to wife, McKayla, and a daughter, Cayla who is currently attending LA Tech (Go Bulldogs!)
Aaron Griffing, Veterinary Assistant

Aaron Is a 26 year old pre-vet student at Louisiana Tech University. He has two Pit Bull dogs, Buddha and Bjorn, and they are his favorite breed. He also “Likes long walks on the beach, and an ideal first date would be a candle lit dinner at Johnny’s pizza house.” Aaron loves to learn about the services and treatments we provide, and looks forward to meeting our menagerie of patients and their owners.
Rebekah Boles, Receptionist

Rebekah is a new addition to our team! She is a resident of Mangham, LA and has also lived in Tennessee for many years. She is a graduate of LCHS (Lawrence County High School ) Class of 1999. She has a husband, Damon, and they share a 15 year old son, Rylan. Up until her employment with us, she has been a stay at home mother to her son. Before that, she worked in a medical facility as a transcriptionist. Rebekah also has two French bulldogs, Stella Mae and Lola Kate.
Shelby Crawford, Veterinary Assistant

Shelby Crawford has recently joined us at Talley Veterinary Services Group as a veterinary assistant. She has always been an animal lover and to her there is absolutely nothing better than waking up every day doing what she loves to do and helping others. She is eager to fulfill her dream of becoming a veterinary technician. Please join us in welcoming Shelby to the TVS family.
